This review is from a regular customer who dines in during lunchtime for 8 years now.
I don't what is going on with the bad reviews and sorry if you had a horrible experience.
I have lunch gatherings at Josephines during lunch time (11P.M. - 3 P.M.) . The food is good during lunch time. Take a chance and you will NOT be disappointed.
Antonio is the best waiter there and is always prepare to make you laugh when you are having a bad day.
Request for Antonio (the waiter) when you visit Josephines and you will be happy with the customer treatment you receive from him. He treats you like family and brightens your day or night with a smile and politeness. Antonio has a great sense of humor and is my regular waiter when I visit the restaurant.
He is very polite and ready to exceed your expectation that you may have. He makes very sure you are happy and content with your food order. Everyone makes a recipe a certain way and has a way of cooking it that is why we like some cooking and dislike others' cooking. We all know you can't please everyone the importance in this all is trying. I am happy with the food during lunchtime.
No matter how hard you try you can't please everyone!
Try the food during lunchtime and you will love the food there because I know I do otherwise I would not be a regular customer. there.
The Gumbo soup is good with a salad.
I hope you enjoy the great customer service as much as I do with Antonio plus the Gumbo soup with salad on the side.
