Review content:
When our son was loading up an item in the back of the store, my husband noticed a large bin of about 5,000 beads in their garbage. It was orignally priced and then marked 1/2 off and a gal came out and he offered to buy them. The employee became irrate and started yelling at my husband who had offered to BUY the item that was thrown away in the GARBAGE and told him there was no way he was getting them. He asked them if they believed in recycling and that throwing the item away was a true waste, she said she didnt care and hit a button to crush the beads. I hope that people know that when they donate to this place - items, useful items, and recycleable items are being crushed and thrown away. Such a shame - I would recommend donating your goods to Saint Vincents across the street, Goodwill or better yet put an add up on Free Cycle or Craigs list before donating to this store....Shame on you Fox Valley Thrift Shoppe!!!!
