This is the worst place I've ever been for optical care!!! One of their employees acted like being there was more of a inconvenience for her rather then trying to help customers that came in. Now five months after I had ordered a new pair safety glasses comlete with removable side shields, of which one is now broke, any ways, they have absolutely no record of me being there for anything. (the exam or ordering the glasses. Now I have to stop over sometime with all of my paper work, receipts, and glasses in order to order replacement shields. Then while on the phone trying to get this figured out, the broad has enough nerve to ask are you sure you came to the Beaver Dam Shopko optical and not another city....I mean for cryin' out loud, I believe I know what f*@$^%#* city I was in when going through all of this before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless they prefer to have crappy service. Thanks!
