They ruined my wedding dress. It came back white instead of the ivory color it was supposed to be and the hand stitched beading on the top was all wrinkled and messy. The dress was not stained when we brought it in but when my mother went to pick it up there were gray lines all over the front of the dress and of course they blamed us. I wouldn't have paid $150 to have them preserve and box a dress that was ruined when I brought it in. They said they could try cleaning it again, but it was obvious something went wrong the first time. It was a high quality dress that I trusted them with.
