Review content:
I am one of those individuals who always procrastinates and has a hard time making chioces. I was in the market to join a health club after 10 years and clode to 60 lbs later. I live in the Universal City area were there are teo main clubs. A Golds which is just off of the 35 and Spectrum Athletic club down the road from Golds. I was able to get a free one week trial from both which was great because I was able to fully experience what each club had to offer. After the two weeks were finished and I had to make a choice I almost joined Golds based on the fact that the club was a little cheaper per month but I new that cost was not the main thing I was looking for in a health club and in my experience at 34 years old i know the old saying ""you get what you pay for"" usualy holds true.\r \r I ended up joining Spectrum and could not be any happier. The employees are friendly and helpful, club is always spotless, equipment is state of the art and the amenities are fantastic. \r \r Hope this review helps out if you are in search mode for a health club in UC. Pros: Great customer service, user friendly equipment, clean, not crowded, child care is the best Cons: A little more than other clubs in the area but not by much
