Do Not Use!!! Save yourself time, money and the headache.
The inspector, Tim, did 2 home inspections of the home we purchased failed to point out that ALL the windows and the roof were improperly flashed, and also failed to mention that ALL the siding was not on properly and now we are looking at $10,000+ to fix the water damage that was already in the walls of the home plus rewrapping, resheathing and rehanging the siding. I have contacted Home Seal about this and of course got no response. I have filed a complaint with the State Department of Labor and Licensing.
I have found out that I am only one of many that have had complaints with this company and I'm sure I will not be the last.
