I rented from these people against the advice of many friends who had heard bad things about them. They assured us the apartment had been cleaned properly and after we called three or four times complaining about the paint and carpet, they finally sent someone down and looked at it. They then said they would take money off the rent, because it was so bad, which they never did. Susie was the name of the woman working in the office at the time and she was nothing but rude and argumentative everytime i spoke to her. The property was always dirty and in need of repair inside and out. I will never rent from them again and strongly urge anyone to look further before renting from these thieves.
