I used Bud's Concrete a few years ago and had outstanding service (he did the job while I was on vacation and added an extension to my back sidewalk at no charge). As noted by another review, there were issues with the concrete itself, but as the court case Bud's brought against the ready mix provider showed, it was not the fault of Bud's. He contacted me to inform me about the lawsuit and has maintained contact ever since. I highly recommend Bud's to anyone who asks because of the great work they did and the way Paul (the owner) has handled the ready mix issues since. I have to add that his price was extremely competitive - I got 6 quotes.
