Like reviewer ""unimpressed"" I too felt compelled to take the time and warn of my bad experience. I waited over 2 hours for my appointment with no apology or reason as to why it was taking so long. Finally she rushed in, talked with me for a few seconds on what procedure I was there for, and then rushed me off to another room, where I waited for another half hour. When she finally came in, she had forgotten to turn on the equipment so more minutes of waiting. When the procedure was done, I went to the front to pay. Instead of the $500 dollar charge, they said I owed $1,000 because Dr. Gupta did a longer session! I refused to pay it saying that I had only asked for the $500 session time. After much discussion, they agreed to the $500. They did try to blame me saying that I should have stopped her after 15 minutes! I informed them that I did discuss this with her prior to the start of the session. Personally I think she was in such a rush, she didn't know how long I was suppose to have treatment. To top it all off, the results were poor (no noticeable difference). I would recommend taking your time and money to a different place.
