Review content:
After spending nearly a year at Rock Hard Fitness, I finally got sick of the owner's negative, unprofessional, and downright rude attitude towards his customers.  The gym is nothing fancy, basic, aged free weights, most of them mismatched, and decent machines.  If you're there for a simple workout, it can be readily achieved at this gym.  The majority of the employees, Rock and Barry, are friendly and personable.  The owner, however, is another story.  As a manager in the customer service field, if any of my employees, or myself, ever treated our customers the way this business owner treats and speaks to his, we would be out on the streets, and rightfully so.  In this age of struggling small businesses, and closing gyms, I'd expect to be treated with a lot more respect from a minimum wage employee, let alone the owner himself.  I know of others who have left this gym for the same reasons.  I have since joined a competing gym, a few miles away, where, for the same amount of money, I find myself surrounded by a much broader array of equipment, and I'm treated with respect in a friendly atmosphere from people who obviously appreciate my patronage.  I wouldn't recommend this place of business to an enemy, let alone a friend.
