This is a rebuttal to the two 1 star ""reviews"" below, which are very obviously written by the same person. I do not know who this person is but they must have an axe to grind. My wife and I have been members at Rock Hard for almost 5 years now, and one or both of us are there at least 5-6 days out of the week. The only time I have ever seen the owner get anywhere near to what this person is describing is when people don't follow the simple gym rules, or they don't pay their membership fee (and that has only been 1 or 2 times that I have witnessed). So which one of those fits ReAlFiTnEsS/Atllifter?? To everyone else I would say come and give it a try, make up your minds, you won't be sorry!
