PROS: Beautiful landscaping, efficient and friendly management, safe, comparatively worth it for these amenities in Emory area. Security and location are nice.\r
Floor plans are efficient.\r

It's a student-friendly place which can occasionally be late and loud on some weekend nights. Few native Southerners live here so rudeness and reckless driving are the norm. No valet trash service as in other Gables & luxury apts. Again, comparatively in the Emory area you will not do better for the price.
