If you are looking for an agency that treats everyone with the utmost professionalism, respect, and pays specific attention to both parties? goals, work style, and experience to help find the perfect employer and employee match, then look no further! I am a former candidate and now run a reputable company and look forward to working with this agency for many years to come with my own staffing needs. Through my experience working with the recruiters and partners at Elite Placement Group, I have found this is not your typical database and numbers driven agency. Instead they are focused on finding candidates a work environment they can call ""home"". Their interview process is different than typical LA agencies...it was obvious to me that they were focused on waiting for the right fit to come along, which I appreciated greatly. Most agencies I have worked with in West LA were all about throwing me out to companies without really taking the time to understand my needs and their client?s needs. I highly recommend without hesitation this agency to anyone seeking a position or looking for a long-lasting employee.
