Review content:
I use to eat at Bo Brooks all the time, but recently I went there with my husband and one of the staff members told us everything was reserved after we was told outside was available. A waiter sat us outside, and the staff member came over and again said, ""this area is reserved and every table in the entire restaurant is reserved. I spoke to the manager who was nice and he told us we were okay. Then I went back with my girlfriends, and we sat there for 20 min before the waiter came over, after he walked passed us numerous times. Also, I never seen a black waiter, but I do see black staff members coming out the kitchen only. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
