Review content:
Brew City has always been a favorite of ours, so we tried the new location, May 20th.
The warm, inviting, fun atmosphere from the old location was replaced by a pristine, cold, bright, snooty atmosphere.
The menu has changed, before diners could get an assorted platter of the bar-be-que meats. Remember Brew City is a bar-be-que restaurant, well not anymore, you don't even get bar-be-que sauce with your meals. You get 'AUS JUS' with brisket?? And, the brisket was absolutely all 'fat'-awful!
Also, a 'bar-be-que' place should have good ribs, too. No the ribs were dry and bland and for the 'meal' you got about 5 or 6 ribs. A rib meal is a slab, unless otherwise stated.
Needless to say, that will be the last time my family goes to Brew City. Once again, the old saying goes, ""If It's Not Broken, Don't Fix It!""
