Review content:
I went in, very harried, with a baby in one arm, a ringing cell phone and a armful of shirts. I set them on the counter and asked(with a smile) to have them cleaned and pressed. The young woman behind the counter just stared at me. After an awkward moment I repeated myself. She responded ""whatta got?"". I said ""shirts to be pressed."" She responded ""How many?"". I said I wasn't sure. She said ""it's easier for us if you know."" I told her that I was sorry and would count them next time, but I'd been there a few times and no one (at any drycleaner in fact) had told me I needed them counted. She repeated ""it's easier for us if you know."" My sick baby's doctor was calling and I told the young woman that I was in a huge hurry, and asked if she would mind doing it this one time. She crossed her arms and repeated in a very rude tone ""it's easier for us if you have them counted."" So I started counting them with my half free arm, and asked her nicely to help. She just rolled her eyes and shook her head no. she sat and watched me struggle to count them with pure disdain. I left soon after, feeling very insulted. It's hard to communicate the condescending and rude tone this young lady took with me, I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. when I returned and picked up my shirts(which were poorly cleaned and missing two buttons) I was informed that the young lady I dealt with was the manager and the owner's favorite. I was told that she regularly gets complaints, but that nothing ever happens, so the other employees have stopped even passing them on. I told them I wouldn't be coming back, and the employee told me I wasn't the first customer she has lost the business. I would avoid this place if you don't want to be treated like garbage. Pros: decent prices Cons: Rude, childish manager
