They sold me a stove 1 year ago. I've had to shut it down because ignition causes such a shock that it dislodged the artificial logs and left stove rubble on the floor. Called over a week ago, then went in and explained the problem and still no service because they're ""busy""...probably selling stoves they won't service promptly. They did suggest I try moving the artificial logs myself to see if it fixed the problem (parts blowing off stove) but this stove obviously needs service and the advice was irresponsible. Buy from someone who'll service the stove so you don't have to turn it off in winter.
