Don't get me wrong I am a big Dunkin Donuts fan, originally being from New England where a DD is similar to a starbucks here in VA. This location on staples mill has continually been a dismal experience. I have continually ventured in, weekdays, weekends, odd hours, and am always dismayed at the appearance and lack of customer service. The store is always filthy, short staffed and not fully knowledgeable in this sort of business. I come from a restaurant background and ran a coffee/bagel shop in NH for 5 years, so I know what it takes, and unfortunately this Dunkin Donuts does not. From now on I'll have to venture to Panera, where coffee may not be as good but the customer service and cleanliness are more appealing.
Pros: Good bagels and coffee
