Review content:
I tried to call about an issue with their drivers. When I told them what happened the gentleman on the phone yelled at me a told me I need to learn to drive. Some how he knew where the problem occurred my guess is that the woman driving must have been talking to him on the phone. Without listening to the whole story he hung up on me. I called back about 10 minutes later after I had calmed down (I was mad when I first called, heck I was almost in an accident). This time the guy threatened to call the police on me if I called again, I did not even yell just tried to explain what happened. Once again he hung up the phone. I will personally never use this company for service. If customer service is that bad I do not want to see the work they do.
