Review content:
I have been taking my son there since he was 8 weeks old and I had to go back to work and if it wasnt for the staff at Pleasant Road I would have lost my mind with worry. My son is now 2 and still hugs & kisses all the teachers goodby before we leave each day (which can be hard if you are in a hurry!) I have no doubt in my heart that they care for my son & all of the kids in their care just like they would one of their own. I have found them to be honest and forthcoming with any issues between my son & other kids or the staff. I cant recommend them highly enough. I believe that the majority of the staff are parents themselves which helps. The class ratios are good and the price is not bad in comparison. I don't believe any facility is 100% perfect (that would be Mary Poppins at my house), but these folks are pretty darn close! And I have never had to worry about them being closed for bad weather even when other centers in the area were, they were there for us (darn my office for being open when it snowed!). They are really great.
