Review content:
My wife and I were in Marshall to see the Lee Greenwood - Louise Mandrell concert on 02/19/2011 which started a 7:30 p.m. We arrived at Gucci's at 6:00 p.m. and were seated promptly. Our drink order was taken as we were seated and the drinks were brought to the table within a couple of minutes. After looking at the menu and waiting on a waiter for 20 minutes, my wife caught the attention of a waitress and asked if she could take our order. She said that our waiter would be the person who had seated us who was her manager. About five minutes later the manager shows up and explains that he is two waitresses short. He takes our order. There was a lot of buzz in the dining area. You could tell that a lot of Customers were anxious about late food. Some Customers left and others threatened to leave. When we told the manager that we had somewhere to be at 7:30, he went to the kitchen, came back, and told us that we would have food in five minutes. The food finally came at 7:05. The cannelloni, spaghetti, and fresh hot rolls were really good food. It is a shame that the service was so bad that there were too many knots in our stomachs to enjoy it. We may give Gucci's one more shot, but we probably won't order without taking the pulse of the Customers already seated.\r
