Most horrible moving experience ever. We used them to move from San Fran to Palo Alto. They shattered our glass coffee table and then did not return SEVEN phone calls to their office and 3 letters submitting damage claims (as per the rules of our contract). Finally sent us a letter saying they were not responsible. Not only was their customer service horrendous, but it was a huge and frustrating timesuck trying to get reimbursed (we obviously never did) and get a new table.\r
