This place is a joke, seriously go somewhere else if you value your time, money, and childrens' happiness.
They only care about booking as many parties as possible with little care to customer service at all. The facility is ridiculously dirty and hardly ever thoroughly cleaned.. on top of that everything is budget, the rooms and party supplies feel cheap, and the play area feels like a giant storage facility instead of a birthday party place.
I actually know a couple people who used to work there and have really low regards for the place. I wouldn't dream of taking my kids here, ever, especially not for the ridiculous price they ask.
There's an off chance you will have a good experience if your attendant is good, but most of them are rude or oblivious to typical social conduct, and the front desk lady looks as though she has been sitting there just a little bit too long with no exercise. The manager is also super unfriendly and doesn't care for customer service so long as she gets your money in the end.
Ordering pizzas is like $18 each from Papa John's through them and you are not allowed to bring your own, they are making a good amount per pizza just by ordering it for you. Pretty much no outside food, if you bring a veggie tray, no dip.
Lastly I should say a lot of these reviews are definitely fake. They encourage their employees to write hyped up reviews saying how great this place is, don't be fooled.
