dr rico there first chef made an awesome menu and even though he is not there anymore you can still see his handy work that he taught the boys unfortunately he took his voice with him I remember when you could go in thereand be seranaded with operettic songs and boy what a voice that chef had frank daveis even did a segment on the opera chef back in 1989 if you had a birthday he would come out of the kitchen and sing the most beautiful versin of happy birthday I ever heard he left the boys all his recipees and love for the quality of the food they produced under his training and that is why they are so successful to this day \r
