I really wish I could say I had the same great experience as the previous reviewers. While we have not ordered from here in a while prior to this experience, I remember it to always be great service, food was outstanding, etc. It was really phenomenal. Not so anymore. Called to order and the person who answered could be bothered with taking my order. I asked her about a coupon they had in their menu and she stated the deal was no longer offered. That's fine, as I had an old menu anyway. It was a ""limited time only"" so no big deal. However, we picked up another menu while waiting for the food and there it was...the same coupon in this new menu that I had asked about. Still says ""limited time only."" At least cut it out of the menu sitting on your counter if you will not honor it. Didn't see this until we were on our way home or I would have asked about it. \r

I also completely understand that prices have gone up. It's been a while since we've ordered from here and our menu was old. I'd gladly pay a higher price for the same good quality food. Ordered fries, sub, and a specialty pizza. Fries were good but not a large order as it used to be. Sub was one broken up piece of haddock, mostly bread and toppings, which fortunately they put on the side when asked. Pizza had mostly BBQ sauce...where were the toppings? Higher prices for less quality? Too bad.
