Review content:
This site has filters, so I can't use the word I want to describe groups of youth participating in violent activities...but this community has several and they are not peaceful. Check out Sonny's market at about 5 PM and you can ""buy anything you want"" in the parking lot. Grafitti on the wall is not teenage pranks, it is from MS-13 and other groups of youths. The rent is pretty high to live in fear all the time.\r

The community is okay if you stay locked inside the fenceline and don't go out after dark. There are periodic window smashings and things, but overall if you keep to yourself it is probably okay.\r

The management will rip you off when you leave. Not only will they charge you your full security deposit, but they will also send you harassing bills for more cash and threaten your credit rating. What can you do other than pay them the cash or not be able to rent at your next place due to a bad rating. \r

I recommend trying further up the hill in Folsom or the new places out in North Natomas and Elk Grove.\r
