I just went to Red Brick Pizza for dinner today, and it was seriously the best pizza-eating experience I've ever had. Being a former professional food-critic, I know when I see good pizza. And by the way, this was good pizza. Everything looked so tempting, I wanted it all, but my stomach can only handle so much. I got my order in, and much sooner than I expected, my pizza (Thai Chicken) was already being handed to me with a smile. The ingredients were so fresh it felt like I was grating my own cheese! There was a TV in every booth, which was a new concept to me, but it was the ultimate convenience for every customer. I also highly recommend getting the Fire Roast Toast, which is a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside appetizer that is spicy, flaky, and tasty all baked into it and served with a side of chipotle dipping sauce. And not to forget the gelato (Italian creamy ice cream) I had for desert (which was White Chocolate flavored). It was a unique kind of ice cream which is much creamier and definitely much better tasting than normal ice cream. Overall, this was the best pizza I've ever had, and the best experience I've ever had going to pizza places.
Pros: Great service, even better food, and most unique ambience
