This place is terrible! I lived there for 2 years because the rent was so cheap but it was a horrible experience. First off, when I moved in the place was filthy! They had never cleaned it since the previous tenants moved out; the walls were scuffed, the carpet was stained, and the furniture had cigarette burns all over it. Then they management charged my room mates and I to get it cleaned and repainted.
The management was awful, they were rude and unresponsive. They never responded when I tried to contact them about maintenance problems (things broke a lot because of the low quality construction) or make noise complaints. And that was one of the biggest problems, there are parties there every night and the courtyards doesn't care how loud or aggressive people get. If you have to work or have class in the morning then good luck getting to sleep when your neighbor's bass shaking your walls at 4am.
Also while I lived there I know of at least 5 apartments that got broken into, it was a real problem for a while but the courtyards management never sent out a notice to warn anyone or even cared when people told the their apartments were broken into. They claim that the apartments are safe because two security officers live there but the only supposed officer that I ever met was drunk and forced everyone to leave the pool one night at 8pm because he felt like it, even though the pool closes at 10pm.
