As far as I am concerned, CBS does not do their job very well. I met many people including myself that were not paid on time quite often and when questioned CBS about the problem did not have my phone call returned or just brushed it off. I was supposed to have a job until 12/21/07 and went into the business 12/19/07 and was told that their was no work for the temps. Now, by good and ethical business practice, someone should have contacted me before I drove all the way out to the site expecting to work. No one did, This is nothow a company should do business, their are to many other temp agencies that one could go to to hopefully receive better treatment. Bottom line, don't waste your time and go with another employment agency. This business should be a win/win for both the employer (CBS) and the employee, but it turns out that the only winner is CBS. They get your money and take away your dignity!
Cons: lack of jobs, poor customer service skills, bad business ethics
