We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the BMW dealership. We have had a business relationship with Jesse Varela since 2006 and continue to call on him with any BMW car concerns. He has always... without fail provided excellent customer service..as well as with other departments of the El Paso BMW organization. Jessse pulls all sources together to really produce a family feeling for the customers. Because of him... is the reason we return year after year. Also... we had the pleasure of meeting another associate Mr. David Castillo who excels in customer service & personality. His unique style and attention to detail is quite impressive. Please know... we did notice that there was new management in place because everyone seems to celebrate the new mission and vision of our El Paso BMW.
