Review content:
We were a group of 11 people celebrating a birthday were first timers to Melting Pot. We made reservations and arrived on time. We were seated promptly. Having heard great reviews, we hope to have a very interesting fondue experience.\r

One server was assigned to our table. The server helped us go through the menu and answered our questions. When ordered 3 different cheese fondues for starters. While the fondues were prepared before us, we were surprised at the low quantity of the dippers. One cheese fondue was shared by four of us and were given just one bowl of bread, a small bowl of veggies and apples. \r

The server didnt even show up near our table for the next 30 minutes asking us for our choice of entree. The entree's were pretty mediocre and came with (mediocre) salads. Nothing great. We ordered the chicken and vegeterian entrees. The chicken entree had about 12 small pieces of cut raw chicken breast. All you had to do was cook it in a boiling pot of broth and eat. 5 types of sauces were given to make your boiled chicken taste better.\r

Again the server was not around asking if we needed a refill of the sauces. The sauces were again too small in quantity for 4 people. The server was not be seen for another 30 minutes.\r

Then we ordered 3 types of chocalate fondues for dessert. This tasted good and was the only saving grace of the evening. \r

Finally, our the check arrived with an outrageous amount for gratuity which was not worth it at all. \r

Food - 4 out of 10 (for the starters and dessert. Entrees are a rip off)\r
Service - 2 out of 10\r
Value for money - 4 out of 10\r
