but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Review content:
As the facility seems adequate, the staff unfortunately are somewhat rude.
After checking times and rates on the web site we showed up, as did another unrelated family, to find out there was an event later in the day and that open play time was cancelled. This was Not posted on the web page or at the facility door or desk. After repeatedly being ignored while trying to check in we found out that we ""should have known"" because it was apparently posted on facebook. The other family was ignored as well.
No follow up ""we would like to have you next time"" or encouragement to actually try a different time. It seems they are not interested in new business.
