I would not refer or recommend this limo service to anyone! Rich or Poor. I hired this company to pick up a wealthy family from the airport. I asked for a particular vehicle went to see it paid for it and the owner still sent an old pimped out limo from 1980. (how embrassing) It is also funny that the vehicle that was sent to the airportis no where on their website. The car was not worth riding a dog in! Dirty carpet, torn and worn out seats, dirty glasses, old beer bottles and not to mention the driver pulled over on the side of hwy road to pick up the trash. I called the company to complain about the condition of the car and to ask where was the car I paid for and she yelled and screamed that I should not have a problem with what car they sent. If I am the consumer, a paying consumer I have a choice and if they could not send the limo I paid for someone should have notified me. This limo was so bad the passengers requested to be taken back to the airport to find other means of transportation. This company is very unprofessional, no one did not even offer an apology. I've used other limo sevices in New Orleans, many site unseen and have always been satisfied. I chose this company first because of the name. The owner may want to go back and find out the real meaning of millionaire and what it means to serve a millionaires!
