Review content:
My husband had a very bad cough, sinus congestion and sore throat. So, he went to Dr. Hilzinger. Dr. H told him there was nothing wrong and to just use Halls cough drops. Dr. H ordered an Xray and some blood work to test my husband for rheumatoid arthritis which runs in his family - my husband completed those tests the next day. A week later, Dr. H still had not gotten back with us and my husband was in terrible shape. He went to another doctor, and it turns out he not only has pneumonia, but also has a spot on his lung! My husband called Dr. H's office the next day to convey the news, and the nurse said he hadn't read the Xray and blood test results yet. But on the following day, we received the EOB from the insurance company and he'd already submitted his bill and been paid!! Yet, he misdiagnosed my husband and didn't even order the tests he said he was. My husband went to the office today to retrieve his test results, and to add insult to injury, we paid for a cholesterol test, not rheumatoid arthritis.
