Review content:
We had used All American Chimney Sweeps a couple of years ago with excellent results. This time a technician came out, spent less than thirty minutes, and informed us that the chimney could not be cleaned and wanted to sell us a flue liner. The part that he said couldn't be cleaned was the smoke box....don't know how a flue liner is going to help that. Wife said it looked like he really didn't clean much of anything. He borrowed her phone to call someone, maybe the boss, for about 10 minutes. Don't they provide him with a phone? They must have changed management or owners. Actual work time must have cost about $320/hour. We definitely will not be using them again.
