Review content:
I often shop at the Lawrence location and I always have a positive experience. The girls are always eager to help and it's apparent they know what they are talking about, which is why I go back. However, on my last visit, a man who I understood to be the owner was there completely belittling and loudly criticizing his manager on duty. He was so demeaning that it actually made me uncomfortable. I brought this to the attention of one of the associates, and she apologized profusely for his actions. It seemed, by her reaction, that this was probably a common occurance. I feel sorry for anyone who comes in contact with him and certainly anyone who works for him. The fact that the money I spend in that store goes in his pocket is enough to make me shop elsewhere.
