Review content:
I called them about getting my car towed 2 miles down the road. They said the driver was on is way. 3 hours later I called them asking them where they were and was told the driver had been diverted to another person. They guy I talked to said he would call the driver and find out when he would be getting to me. He said he would call me right back. I waited an hour and a half and I still hadn't heard anything back. I called again and was told the driver was still with the other customer. Long story short, they still havent come for my car and my mechanic is already closed. \r

I used them in the first place becuase they said they could be right out and the mechanic would be able to start on my car. Now I have no way to get to work tomorrow. \r

Beware, they don't return calls, give you incorrect information, don't honor appointments, and just don't car about the customers.\r

I had called later and asked to speak to a manager and was treated very rude and told the manager wasn't there and they had no idea when he would be back. They took my phone number and said the manager would call me back. It's been 2 weeks and I never heard back. Bad bad bad service!
