went to LDI this week and found to be alright. BUT there was one person who was a total ____!!!!! The sales person,Dr.'s Assistant, who has been there for 13 years. He is the one in charge of getting your money. In less than a minute he said that I needed 5 laser...Each one was $2,000 a total of $10,000 for 60-80% of removal of light acne and acne scars. I tried asking for more information on the lasers that would be used on my face, but he told me, "" What difference does it make. You're not the doctor he is. When you pay the $8,000 ,NOW, you will then be able to meet with the doctor."" I insisted that he explain the procedures because I wanted to do some research on my own, he said ...""....""well. let me go get someone else to help you."" A really nice nurse came in and did his job. She actually answered my questions!!! I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN TRUST THE DOCTOR and feel comfortable. He may be a great doctor, but I didn't receive any info. I feel like they just wanted my $. Well they probably need the money fast. They need to pay for all those media advertisements, huh? I didn't get the appropriate attention that I needed! I was actually sad about the appointment. I was looking forward to everything going well ..so that I could start the lasers in the summer.
Pros: NOT given the time or day!
Cons: pushy Dr. assistant!
