When I read the reviews I didn't think that LDI would be that bad of an experience but it was. The doctor's assistant is the rudest person ever. I waited 30 minutes for a 2 minute consultation. He tried to talk around my questions and had a fit when I wanted to know more about the procedure. Please please do not go. This place is absolutely horrible with customer service. Its a wonder why they doctor hasnt fired him yet.
