Have you ever found a quaint, unique little resturaunt, beautician or spa that you are almost afraid to tell anyone about for fear that one day when you call for a reservation they will have beome so successful that you will have to wait for a turn. Aura Spa is one of those places for me. I have yet to be dfisappointed. I feel special and that my experiences were taylored with much thought and concern for details from the moment I booked my first treatment. Each therapist I have worked with over the past year, makes me feel as though they have all the time in the world to meet my every need. They are exceptionally good about taking constructive critisism and are anxious to receive new ideas. This is one of my favorite places when I need to give myself a reward after hard work. Each therapist has a unique style and seem to be very aware intuitively, as what you want from your spa experience. They provide a space where if you wish to speak the genuinely listen and care. On the other hand, if silence is what you are looking for you don't have to say a word, they already know. I like to have several kinds of massage and one of my favorite is their hot stone treatment. I feel all the stress and pain I carry in my body melt away. I have never felt uncomfortable with a therapist. They are present and very mindful of boundaries and open to suggestions of things you have enjoyed from other spa experiences. The atmosphere is peaceful in a way I haven't experienced at other spas. Often I wonder if they are reading my thoughts...I think it could best be summed up by saying they are gifted with magical hands that can read my body. I never feel like a customer...I feel like I am a VIP guest. A gift certificate to Aura Spa is my very favorite treat. The owners have created an amazing team and it is obvious that all who work there love the time they spend giving. Try it once and I would be surprised if the spirit of the spa didn't continue calling you back.

Cons: i love massage, each treatment is unique ...i don't get to go often enough
