I brought my tower in for a diagnostic at 10:30 am and asked them how long it would take to know a diagnosis. woman told me she would put my tower on their ""machine"" right away an she would call me in 1/2 hour. No call recieved. gave them till 12:30 when I called back, woman was very rude and told me that I had just brought it in 1/2 hour ago an that I was a liar. my receipt proves otherwise. I had a feeling that they had not even put my tower on their ""machine"" yet. told them I waould call back in in a coulple of hours for the diagnosis, woman said yes. Called back at 2:30pm still no result, no diagnosis. Told them to give me back my tower so that I could get it done elsewhere. I received my tower back without a diagnosis but was still charged $21. 40 for no services rendered . bunch of thieves if you ask me. avoid this place at all costs. take your equipment to a place who will give youan honest time-line, and not charge you for no services rendered. This was a very bad experience!!!!!!\r
