We were waiting for 26 minutes and we were going to leave as soon as my watch clicked 30 minutes.\r You see, it was our first visit and no one had said anything to us. We signed in and waited. If they had not came out at 26 minutes, we would have been spared a lot of trouble. Sure, Dr Buzz is a good guy and everything, but his staff will drive me crazy. An easy example is, my child came in, got the sedation medicine and then got a cleaning. The hygenist finished and then walked us to the front and said ""we are all done!"" then I reminded her we were told we would also be getting a filling. This seemed to suprise everyone until they looked at the notes. We had been there for a while, so the sedation was really not very effective when we needed it. How pleasant. From the front to the back, it seems to me that I have to keep telling them what we need next. We tried it for a several visits but nothing changed. Would you like that? Pros: things for kids in the lobby Cons: the staff
