Unbelievably bad! Showed up 4 hours late on Saturday, with a partially-filled truck. Had to get a second truck on Sunday, promised for 10am; showed up at 4:00pm. We finally had to complete the move ourselves with a rented truck, working until 4am. Not enough pads; our furniture got lots of nicks and scrapes. They agreed up front to take AmEx for payment, but after our furniture was on their trucks they demanded CASH, otherwise they would not unload the trucks (which showed up 4 hours late on Monday for the unloading.\r

I-DO Moving's behavior bordered on criminal activity: Extortion, ""Go to the bank and get cash or we won't unload your furniture.? Nobody at their office would talk to us on the phone during this nightmare; we could only deal with the on-site crew. \r
