I started at 'Nchanting Yoga 3 years ago as a complete beginner - no yoga experience whatsoever! I have been attending, fairly regularly, 2 class per week for the last couple of years. The classes are small enough that you usually receive some personal instruction, along with a good deal of encouragement! The instructors provide options for the different poses, depending on your ability level, which allows you to gradually improve.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the instruction at Enchanting Yoga. My strength, flexibility and balance have never been better and the benefits to my overall health have been outstanding.
