I love the place! Four years ago, when physician recommended that I start doing yoga, I tried classes in several different places and did not find them any different than TV yoga. After the first lesson at Enchanting yoga I was hooked. At the beginning, some positions and stretches were difficult, but instructors delicately helped me with modifications. I learned proper alignment and muscle engagement. All the instructors care deeply about their students. The back pain is gone, but I am still a regular at Enchanting yoga!
