Review content:
I held my wedding in Sedona, AZ and four of my bridal party stayed in one of the 2 story condo units here. They drove 8 hours on a Friday to arrive early and refreshed for my 5pm ceremony. Upon arrival at Sedona Springs Resort at 2:30, they were told that check in is at 4pm, and they could not get in early. Exhausted and with a 1yr old in tow, they called me upset that they would be late afterall. After a big mess of trying to get them a room at the resort I was at so they could get ready, they ended up sticking it out to just unload one time and into their room here. They went back to the lobby at 3:45 and she said no, not until 4. SO, they stood and stared at her until 4pm, she looked at the clock and said, Okay you can check in now. No calls to see if it was ready early or anything of the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry related attempts to make guests comfortable. \r Luckily, this was a one night stay and they moved hotels for Saturday night. Then on Sunday, my friend realized she left her dress in the room at Sedona Springs. She called so that she could go pick it up - and they told her it was locked in the managers office. Well, what could she do then? The manager called her back and told her that it was ""his day off, he had plans for the day, and WOULD NOT drive into town just to open a door for her. It wasnt his fault that she left her dress there! And they are not paying to ship it to her either.""\r I cannot believe that it is acceptable for someone to talk to a guest in such a manner. But then again, it was the manager, and we know that bad service starts at the top!\r \r DO NOT STAY HERE. Cons: BAD SERVICE OUTWEIGHS ANY VIEW
