Review content:
I purchased a bag of diatomaceous earth on Friday. The woman behind the counter instructed her 'muscle' to load it in my car. Said 'muscle' flopped large bag of material in my trunk, and I--idiot that I am--assumed this was my purchased diatomaceous earth. It was only after I'd driven the ten miles back to my home that I discovered the man had actually placed a bag of Feed in my trunk. Pain in the butt right? Uneccessary trip for me right? Not MY FAULT--right?\r
\r
I returned it Monday and the woman behind the counter made it seem just the opposite. She chastised me for driving away before ""her boy could load my car."" her boy obviously didn't tell her he did, but with the wrong material, and she ignored my articulation of this fact. She was intent instead on making the error mine, and needless to say, there was no apology forthcoming. I guess I should have lugged the heavy bag of Feed in, so that she could see itr with her own eyes. I believe the 'muscle' guy just let me take the fall--a hispanic--never admitting to his employer his error.\r
\r
The fact remains she was unapologetic, no matter whose fault it was--not mine that's for darn sure--and I will be the first to tell everyone I encounter of their inhospitality, and, as a bartender here in town, I will have plenty of opportunity. Thanks for nothing La Cumbre Feed!
