Had the worst experience of my life! Had my hair colored by stylist Grace Woodke. She is was very un-profesional and completely inexperienced. Claimed to have 2 years of experience but I'm sure it was more like 2 weeks. I wanted a blonde/carmel color and I got a gray/green dark color!!! Was a nightmare! The salon refused to refund me and I paid $118- for partial highlights! It's not so much about the money but about the fact that my hair was a horrifical ashy gray/green color! I couldn't even go out into public because I was so embarrassed! Went through lots of tears, pain and frustration! Had my attorney contact them and they still refuse to refund my $118- So I have to take them to small claims court. And not because I want my $ back so bad but because I want to teach them a lesson. If you freaking mess up on someone's hair have the moral to at least apologize! I spoke with the owner of the salon Andrea Birst, she was unapologetic, rude and she accused me of being a thief and just trying to get my $ back! She offered to recolor my hair but I would never allow someone so rude, unapologetic from the same salon, especially being the owner to touch my hair. My hair was GREEN/GRAY! I expected some sympathy or at the very least just a sorry. Anyways, wouldn't even recommend this salon to my worst enemy.
