We recently were made aware of comments on this site from 3 years ago. Our policy is always 100% satisfaction guaranteed. When we make a mistake, we appreciate the opportunity to make it right, and learn from the experience. However, we suspect, and have documentation to support, that the comments from 2007 may be related to a disgruntled employee.
