Tryg's may have the best food in the world, I'll never know, and neither will my wife or kids. We had reservations yesterday for Mother's Day with everyone looking forward to a tasty Mom's Day brunch. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation to find a chaotic lobby area, unconcerned hosts who told us ""we are about an hour behind so we won't be able to seat you for about an hour"". Remember, WE HAD RESERVATIONS! Needless to say, when a restaurant can't honor a reservation, especially on such an important day, they will NEVER see my business and I'll go out of my way to make sure others are aware of the lack of concern that the hosts and manager showed. If people only thought about how they'd want to be treated, WHY EVEN MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU AREN""T GOING TO HONOR IT!!! I understand short delays, but over an hour, come on! Cons: Reservations don't mean a thing...
